Can't Get In - Xoops or Web Hosting?

Unfortunately we seem to be in a fair bit of trouble with our website One Week at a Time.

Basically, nobody can login to our site anymore.

I am essentially the site's administrator but have a rather low level of XOOPS knowledge.

Everything has been working fine for months and then two days ago everybody just stopped being able to login. Admins, Members, everybody.

The weird thing is that when I enter my username and password - XOOPS says, "Thank you, you are now successfully logged in. If this page does not refresh then please click here"

When the page reloads I am not logged in at all, and if I click the "here" then I am not logged in either.

I was thinking there might be a problem with our web hosting, like maybe they added a security measure or something. Does this sound plausible, or is it more likely a XOOPS issue.

I really don't know what has happened, nothing was altered inside the Admin area. We are baffled.

Any help or even an explanation would be wonderfully appreciated.

For one, I went to your Website and tried to register, but as soon as I press the button "Submit", I am getting a blank page. So obviously, something is wrong.

Did you install any new version of XOOPS or any of the modules?

Do you know if the Host provider changed anything on the configuration, e.g. updated to PHP5?

You definitely need to set the debugging on to see what is happening. Try to follow this advise on how to make it happen:

and then let us know what is happening.

Definitely not installed anything new regards Xoops. No new modules, no new version.

As for the host provider well they have been very difficult to get info from, hence my presence here. I must say I think these support forums are great.

I'll have a look over the FAQ stuff when I get home.

PS - We have been manually activating a lot of new accounts, I don't know if that might be relevant.
