Hi everyone:
In a few days i am deploying this module to work on my XOOPS intranet.
What i have been requested to do is to show more statistics about the process of ticket registrations.
For the moment, the only statistics i see are:
Ticket information: how many items for each status
Top Closers
Fastest Response Time
Slowest Response Time
I'd like to know how to do to add some more:
- Ticket information for each department
- Ticket information for each staff member
