I am looking for a module which will allow my users to back or lay a pool player.

The basis of the betting could be on fake money, chips, points or for real money via paypal.

At http://www.uk-pool.com we arrange and had the ability to put live matches online via webcam.

So the feature I am looking for is as follows -

Generally a match is best of 25 frames with only two players.

I would like to give users the option to back a player (bet on them) or lay ( bet against them )

The bet would be against other users.

Any possibility that this could be done and how long would it take.

We also run competitions where upto 64 people take part. I would like to offer odds on each of the players taking part.

I believe there is a module for vbullitin called vbookie.

Can it be poerted to xoops. I have the vbookie module downloaded if anyone could take a look

I have commisioned a programmer to write this module.

He has estimated 2 weeks to write to module.
