customer support module. Which one?

If you were to implement a 'customer support' module that dispenses tickets and allows customers to follow progress on their support question, which one would you use and why?

it would be xHelp - I do not know something better ...

(There was some work on mantis for xoops. xoopsforge is there to try it ... )
