Admin Modules Permission Issues

I moved my site from one server to another. We got most of the problems resolved. I'm still having problems with permissions on the admin side. Some modules when I try to edit them I click submit and it refreshes but doesnt take the changes. When I install new modules now, they are not allowing me to edit them. If you could help me, I'd appreciate some help. Look at my profile for the URL. If its something simple, let me know. I can pay a little if you need access.

Moving to another server usually means getting the permissions on the files and folders straightened out. Have you verified all the necessary files/folders?

Your next step would be to turn on XOOPS debug to find what might be causing additional problems.

I ran in debug and attempted to edit the default welcome page.

SELECT * FROM xoops_config WHERE (conf_modid = '0' AND conf_catid = '1') ORDER BY conf_order ASC
SELECT sess_data FROM xoops_session WHERE sess_id = 's26t3mr0qtoqbmgka78gj7d817'
SELECT * FROM xoops_users WHERE uid=3
SELECT * FROM xoops_modules WHERE dirname = 'wfchannel'
SELECT * FROM xoops_config WHERE (conf_modid = '60') ORDER BY conf_order ASC
SELECT * FROM xoops_modules WHERE dirname = 'spaw'
SELECT CID,pagetitle, pageheadline, page, weight, html, smiley, xcodes, breaks, defaultpage, indeximage, htmlfile, mainpage, submenu, created, comments, allowcomments, usedoctitle, publishdate, expiredate FROM xoops_wfschannel WHERE CID = 1
SELECT * FROM xoops_group_permission WHERE (gperm_name = 'module_admin' AND gperm_modid = '1' AND (gperm_groupid = '1' OR gperm_groupid = '4'))
SELECT * FROM xoops_smiles WHERE display=1

I'm also having a problem when someone does a search. It works but the theme is gone when it gives results.

I'm at a loss. I am looking for someone to assist me. I'll make a donation to whoever can resolve the issues.

I'll take a look at it - PM admin information and we'll go from there.
