News Module w/ Google Adsense

I want to add javascript to my articles at my website. Its news and articles 1.4

I'm trying to get my google adsense to show within the articles I post. I would like the flexibility to have the ads show wherever I want in the article. Right now its blank in the article that I added it too. Any help would be appreciated. Nothing is wrong with the Adsense as its working in my blocks and header.

I'm also having a problem when someone does a search. It works but the theme is gone when it gives results.

I'm at a loss. I am looking for someone to assist me. I'll make a donation to whoever can resolve the issues.

I moved my site from one server to another. We got most of the problems resolved. I'm still having problems with permissions on the admin side. Some modules when I try to edit them I click submit and it refreshes but doesnt take the changes. When I install new modules now, they are not allowing me to edit them. If you could help me, I'd appreciate some help. Look at my profile for the URL. If its something simple, let me know. I can pay a little if you need access.

I put up a java script navigational menu in my header. It works fine on the index page and all pages unless its is a module. All module pages the drop down is not working and the drop down icons are missing. Can someone shed some light on this?
