Don't show option in admin if user cannot access them

Hello, as i sad in title... I would like to hide in administration - options - if user don't have access to it... For example, user can access to module administration, but there is also a "Preferences" etc. How can i avoid showing options that are not for that user.

- at least, please tell me what file can i modif to find that part and change it..

Adjust your usergroup permission settings for that particulairy usergroup!
Unmark adminright: system

Yes. That's ok. But i don't want to show "System preferences", "Misc tools" etc.

I want to show only MODULES administration if user is not administrator.
