I would like to inculde avatar and have the dropdown menu like the forum in xoops.org, please let me know how is this done. See image below

The forum on Xoops.org is Newbb2, and CBB is Newbb3 and soon to be Newbb4...so step back to 2 or edit the CSS and templates to match...unless anyone else has made something to match the older style? yet not sure if anyone has...
