I have tried about 15 themes for my site, and on about half of them, I have noticed that when doing things like trying to insert a smiley into a comment/post, it doesn't insert it, and IE tells me there is an error on the page in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.

In these same themes, drop-down menus are expanded on the page (in forums for example), so you can't hover over them to expand them. I am thinking these issues are definitely related.

Is there anything known about this?? Where can I fix the JavaScript these themes use?? I have checked and can't find anything.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! An example theme with this issue is fiblue3D, the one I want to use on my site. I am on 2.0.15.
