Deleting cached files in templates_c

Hi,

I was trying to delete cached files in templates_c
but I couldn't.

This was the error message from FTP client.

550 Forbidden Command Argument.

I cannot set reset the permission too.

How would I able to clear cache then?

With your ftp client check that template -c is chmod 777. If you can;t set it through your ftp client can you set it through a file manager provided by your hosting service? if not contact them and have them change it for you. HTH
