newbb forum doesnot work properly

i am new user of xoops. i add a new moudle newbb, but it is not working properly. only a blank page shows when i click on the newbb icon.
wat can be the problem...
pls help

lets just check you installed it all properly - did you follow all the steps in installation, and have you checked via FTP that all the files did on fact upload?

You can check if you did it correctly by just reviewing the module deployment tutorials here

Oh...and is the module newbb or did you download the latest called cbb which installs the latest version of the foum?

If it's CBB - make sure you follow the notes about the "Frameworks" directory properly.
