When I install XOOPS 2.0.15 it says everything installs fine and I get all greeens. Then when it's installed and I try go to the admin panel it says:
"This is your first time to enter the administration section. Press the button below to proceed."
There is no button below; it just won't show a button.
I've made sure all the directories have the right permissions. But alas, still the same problem. The install went completely fine too.
I searched all of the forums and the faq and didn't find a similar problem.
I'm using GoDaddy as my host, not a free plan or anything though.
