This really depends on the version of XOOPS you are currently using. The latest
release notes for 2.0.15 are pretty self explainatory for the XOOPS core upgrade. The module compatibility really depends on which branch of XOOPS you're using (ver 2.2.x or 2.0.x) and if your modules have been kept current. I'd recommend you read the release notes thoroughly and then post back with any specific questions you have on the process. Check out the latest versions of all the modules you use to make sure they're compatible as well.
