I am using the module News 1.21 and I am wondering if it's possible to view only the article text and its accompanying images? Instead of seeing all the other stuff (my left side main menu and the header on the page). I want to be able to link to the article itself without all those things showing up too. Can anyone help?

If news is your start page then this isn't a good idea - no one will know what else is at your site.

For your side blocks you can go to blocks, select the news page and make any blocks you don't want visible not visible by selecting the 'no' radio button.

For your header etc you will need to look into themes and i can't help you with that...sorry

Finally if it means you remove the login block I suggest you search for more information. If visitors can't see their login they can't login, log out or see their notifications....
