which is the recommended version for production sites?
It's still 2.0.13.2?

as far as I know, it's 2.0.14, with the notabl exception of the textsanitiser I think (see the 2.0.14 release news comments for info about this).

i've read the release notes and i did not find any info about its "recommended" status or not.

i only read:

Then I'm repeating my answer: 2.0.14 is recommended for production websites, over 2.2.4 (and 2.0.13.2 of course).
