Module path disappeared

I just installed a fresh XOOPS 2.0.14.

What happens is that all the links to modules have an incorrect path, e.g. Administration menu points to http://www.mysite.com/admin.php instead of http://www.mysite.com/modules/system/admin.php.

Also the default theme looks a bit messed up.

That is the correct admin path.

And the default looks fine from here. IE6

I now looked at home and it's working correct.

I believe this has something to do with sitting behind a proxy server at work?
