Remind me again that when I go messing around with modules and the database to not forget to:
FIRST, Back-up My Site and Database!

Doh!

I guess if I hear it enough times it just might sink in sooner or later. Maybe I should write it a hundred times...

LOL, just do what I do:

Put a Post-It on your monitor saying BACKUP in caps

Hope not too much was lost

I got it back. Thanks for asking! And I am glad to see someone else got a chuckle out of it too.

Though I did have a hard time determining if the backup I did have was 2.0.14 or not. Admin still said 2.0.14RC1. I just did a fresh upgrade over the restored old backup and mostly everything came out okay.

haha - i've been there, trust me. Just keep telling yourself that you learned from it and that it will never happen again. Oh and I'm not laughing at YOU, trust me - everybody has to have it kick them in the ass before they become a backup freak

It's a mistake we all make... and I bet even Module & Core coders have forgotten it sometime.. not just ordinary users
