Instead of the real names, I get "Recent Replied Topics _MI_NEWBB_BNAME0" in the blocks admin.

What could be the cause of this?

After downloading the newBB1.16, I replaced the newBB folder on my computer with this new one.

Then I deleted the newbb-folder on the remote server. Then I had dreamweaver upload the newbb-folder to the server.

and then update the forum in EI and then from the admin manu.

Did that sound correct? I am worried if I should have just uploaded NewBB-files without deleting the old NewBB folder and files first?
