Hey all,

I have been using another CMS system lately, but it seems to be limiting me expansion.

There are two things that the CMS MUST do:

1. Allow users to register an account. (First/Last Name, Email, Phone, Address, Advertising information, "Where did you hear of us?" radios buttons etc...). This information must be stored in a table that can be exported to Excell.

2. Purchase Tickets online. (there should be 2 tickets, one discounted and the other regular price) The users that register get the discount, those that dont... well, dont get the discount. I need it to integrate with PayPal PRO. I checked that OsCommerce is a module for XOOPS but does anyone know that this would work? I dont need shipping, tax, etc... All I need is a simple order form (e.g. address, credit card, quantity, email).

Im using CMS Made Simple now, and have the Registration feature pretty much perfected. However, the online ordering isnt working as there is no successful integration of OsCommerce or any other E-Commerce program.

If you can help me, I will love you forever. I need a solution to my problem quickly or I might have to shoot myself... ;)

Xoops can work for almost anyone...it is a matter of having the right modules. There is a module for adding extra details for your #1 - I don't use it personally but have seen it mentioned. If you use 'search' here and look for 'user profiles' you are sure to come up with some idea of what is available. The same goes for #2 - if you hit some threads with people using ecommece click their site links (through profiles if they are not in the post itself) - Take some time to see how others are using xoops. You can also learn more by taking the time to view the documentation and the FAQ section. HTH - sorry I can;t provide definite yes you can answers- I think you will need to decide that for yourself after a bit more research.
