A 10 MB MySQL Database is good enough for Xoops?

I'm planning to do a forum website about my carrer.

My little knowledge says that it's fine as long as the users don't post pictures.

And, will it be enough to support a news website?

Recently i've applied to http://www.110mb.com that gives me 2 GB of space and one MySQL database. I've asked about the DB space, but they haven't answered me yet.

Can you suggest me a good server to host a Xoops's website?

Concerning volume, it is adequate.
