Search block appear, but only the title

Can any one help me.
I enable search block in my page but it appear only block title "Search" but not the place to type search text and also "search" button.

Could you please come to my site and have a look: http://ria1.org (select english please, default is vietnamese)
Now I enable search block, and it appear on top of left site. The problem is only title of the block, no place to type text, no serch button.
I go to admin panel\block\search, and preview with the block. It work OK inside the Admin panel, but not when I back to main page.

Does it work if you switch your website to the default XOOPS theme?

I have changed to default theme but it not work too!!!
So what is the problem?
Any one can help?
