I have been assisting a site owner with XOOPS version 2.0 with updates and upgrades but when I try and add in new moduals or install an existing one for added features I get the following error message:

Unable to install "module_name". Error(s):
-

Installing "module_name"

- Could not insert "module_name" to database.


Unable to write to main menu.

The person that used to administer this site is not reachable so I am at a loss at how the existing moduals were installed since I can not add any modules old or new.

The database listed in mainfile.php correct and the site is functioning, I just can't add modules to it.
