I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me, i am really a rookie at web design, but i do know a lot about it (if that makes sense, nah doesen't make sense to me either haha!) i was wanting to know the best way to create a site like this one http://www.gcsltd.com through dreamweaver??

And also which is the best software to use to create nice and pro looking logos like the silver logo on the site i have given, the logo is on the top right hand corner of the site.

If anyone can help me out i would really appreciate it,
