Turn Site Off

I searched, but I can't find the answer to this... (or in the wording that i need?)

I have a site turned off. I want to edit the code for the logo.gif file in the upper left (resize it in this case). Which file in my XOOPS install is that page? My guesses have all turned out wrong.

It is file system_siteclosed.html

You can find it at modules > system > templates
You'll have to update the system module after you make changes to it.
