Need help ... with module and template installation

Is there a manual or something that can help me install modules and templates and stuff. I have Version 2.
I can't install templates cause i need to have
Choose a template set package to upload
Must be a tar.gz/.tar file with a valid XOOPS template set structure
and installing modules i do not understand how that works.
If anyone can help please let me know.

For modules see the Module Deployment Section.

And for themes (which I assume you have confused with templates) see the Theme Deployment Section.

Also you may want to look through the Faq on this site.
