Hey, I'm somewhat new to Xoops, I toy with it off and on.

Here is what I have done so far:

Started with stock Xoops, installed the Kubrick theme, installed CBB forum, and installed Myalbum-p. With minor changes along the way.

The problem is that when I want to upload a photo, and get to the submit.php page, the menus overlap. How can I remove that? Thank you!!!

I suspect the reason will be theme related not module related. Switch to the default theme and see if it still happens. If not then you know it is the theme and you will need to make changes to the theme. Watch out though - be sure to back up and keep a copy of changes.

Yeah, I bet you are right. I tried a couple different themes and they work fine. I gave up on trying the Kubrick theme with it, and got the KubrickFlexible theme, works great.
