Hi

my default module is help desk, i have changed the General settings in Preferences to
Module for your start page: HELP DESK

when user logsin to the application it is redirecting to the error.php

It is giving the following error msg:

Login into ur user account to post a ticket

why it is happening. how to resolve this prblm.

Is the name of the module "Help Desk" ? Where did you get it from ? I don't see a module of that name anywhere...

Have you looked in the Admin Preferences for the module you are using?

MODULE IS XHELP

after the user logged into the application. it is giving the message "Please login to submit a ticket" instead of this it should show the tickets,

Check the module preferences for xhelp, make sure that anonymous users are allowed to submit a ticket. That will be the only way to use it in this way.

Xhelp being a support ticket system requires you to be logged in to view tickets, so using it as a startpage where you are not logged in at first will not work for viewing tickets. It may be a better idea to use the xhelp blocks on the top page, along with some information (other blocks for anonymous users) of what you site is about and how to use it.
