Missing Main Menu Items?

For some reason, all of my main menu items disappeared. I still see the title, but no option underneath. I have 3 modules installed, so I should see something there. I've looked everywhere for a solution. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

Check your block table and group permissions. If that isn;t the problem then turn on PHP debug and see what it says. Then come back if you need help with all the info from the read b4u post link.
