hi

i just installed XOOPS about 1hour ago and decided to try give it a new look

i cam here and downloaded [URL=https://xoops.org/modules/library/singlefile.php?cid=1&lid=91]This theme[/URl]

when i tryto upload the whole .zip file it said

It's not a template, but a theme that you want to change.

Upload the unpacked theme into the themes folder of your site, then go to admin, system, general preferences. Here you will find a box where you can select the themes that you want to display as a choice for users, and also the default theme is chosen here on this page.
