Changing default language and....

1. I'm using mudule contact us "irtibat"
When I install it then the language default is Spanish, but It have other language (English). Now I want to change the default language to English.

2. I have already installed a module, but now I don't want to continue using it and I want to remove it. But I can't doing that work.

What am I doing?

simple delete spanish language form your ftp .its in modules/irtibat/language/

Go to modules admin and uncheck this module and save changes then again to modules admin and near this module will exists new icon (in the middle)click it and confirm to uninstall module.
