I need a reference to making Theme for XOOPS that contains Environments Variables, ...
Where can I find it ?

Same as PHP as far as environment. Are you looking for something specific?

Thanks for Answer.
I know that Themes follow the PHP rules, but it has lot of Environment Variables. like these : $xoops_banner, $xoops_crblocks, $xoops_contents, ...
There isn't any Theme Making Tutorial for XOOPS ?
