Dear XOOPS Users,
Does anyone know how i can make my XOOPS website 100% UTF-8. I'm hoping to get a system up and running that has complete utf-8 support for korean, japanese, and english. I know there is a korean utf-8 module available, but I haven't seen a utf-8 japanese module. Is there a module out there. Or is there a way i could edit the language files personally to get UTF-8 running?

Thanks for your time.

i also wanna know the same. I am getting tired to keep changing encoding.

is there an easy way to change everything to utf-8? Why XOOPS doesnt push for all modules to be utf-8 and to avoid problems with other languages like wordpress, punbb, etc does? : (
