I need your help or I need some download module.

I have movie site with many yugoslavian movies,but this is the problem.My members use too much bandwidth because they use one account for many peoples who download the movies.
I need something to protect this,or something like this:
Let member to download every file only one time.This will be nice.

I know what u're talking about, but this can be done, if u found professional network and BSD/Linux administrator, to set it up for u traffic shapper.

Second u can start streaming movies thru your XOOPS site, or to release them by downloading.

Per user downloads are stupid idea, do u remeber the time with:
2 hours we have power, and 3 dont :)

So if the download is broken it have to be resumed latter, and every system, not only XOOPS will count it as 2nd download attempt.
