I am trying to create a new user user utilising the "create new user"

Everytime I try I get you don;t have permission.

I can log in as Administrator !

But I cannot create any users..

Is there a way around this..

I'm just a newbie with a small idea...

That's strange. One suggestion: If you're using XOOPS 2.2, you may have to go into Users-->Groups-->Webmasters to give yourself permission to Edit Users. For some weird reason, it isn't turned on by default.
