Is there a maximum password length in XOOPS 2.0.13? If a user was to try to input a 64 character password, for example, would XOOPS accept it all or would it get truncated at say the 32nd character? Is the password field a 255 character field?

password is a varchar(32) field - i.e. maximum 32 characters.
