Since upgrading to 2.0.1.3 I am unable to update any Blocks. Whatever changes I make in edit mode are not recognized and the block reverts back to its original content. I can't produce new blocks either. Although everything appears to work ok the blocks are not functioning.

Any Ideas?

try running a debug (PHP or Smarty). Let us know what you see....

I was able to fix this problem by re upgrading the 2.10, 2.12 and 2.13 upgrades. This seemed to fix the problem. Thanks for your suggestion.

I am having a problem when I try to create a new block, it is simply not showing in the block list, lease help!
