brand new to the site!

how come my visitors cant see the basic blocks!

even when they click " contact me " they are asked to register first

similarly my site doesnt show any of the installed blocks to the visitors, where can i set this open to the visitors?

Go into the administration menu and change the group permissions for anonymous.
