I would love to have a forum with pictures. I know it's not impossible, but does anyone know how he does this?

Here is the example:

Here's another example right here on the XOOPS site!! I love this! If you know, please let me know how to do this!

try newbb 2 or better still, CBB 1.14 (same as newbb but more options)
