Problem after having moved to another server

I've moved my website's XOOPS files to another server, keeping chmod directories templates_c, cache, uploads,..as 777 and mainfile.php as 444 after configuring the virtual and physical path.

Now, I'm trying to add more MODULES. But, there's always error, alerting "FAILED TO OPEN FILE" or "Unable to write to main menu."

Please help me!
