How to upgrade from 2.0.10RC to 2.0.10 Stable release

I do not see a upgrade option from the 2.0.10RC version to the new 2.0.10 stable release. Can someone advise me as to how to upgrade without causing problems with my current XOOPS setup?? I hope this will also fix my ongoing problem with the LOST PASSWORD not working.'

Upload patch file contents and update the system module, that's all.

thanks, will do and report back if that corrected my ongoing problem with the password recovery issue under the RC version.
