I am looking for a module that allow users to upload their photographs and let other users view these photographs. Preferably there should be a mechanism to limit the user amount of server disk space built in.

I have looked in the Module Repository but did not find one that seem to meet my requirements. Is such a module available? A module that matches some of my requirements would be okay too, I don't mind doing a little php coding to customize the module to fit my requirements? So its alright if you can recommend a good pictures module as a starting point.
