I have no idea how to make it. I would really apritiate any help, links etc... Thank you.

Can anybody help???
I can translate all myself. I just need to understand the idea how multilanguage system works. I found in every module language folder, where are php files and there are variables definded, that I guess how it works, just translate it and thats it, but how to use it futher, plus some tampletse do not use defined variables? Is there any real XOOPS proffesional?
I would really apreciate any help!!!

Yes, I'll try...

Mulilanguage sites is now weak part of XOOPS, but they are possible. Current situation is short
- it's only one (main) language for site, which you define in site config and after it all localisable parts of interface will use this language (from mentioned you lang-files) or fallback to english, if language not found.
In your case - in can be English and Estonian mix(but only in interface, not in content), or pure-Estonian inerface and "this language which you select for writing" in cotnent.
If you want real bilingual site (OR Estionain Or English) you have to use one of two possible ML-hacks:
- XOOPS ML hack from marcan
- EMLH Hack from GIJOE

Each hack has own Pro et Contra (I prefer, with some cautions and limitation EMLH) - it's version independent and allow switch translation only for part of content
