When I first loaded XOOPS banners worked fine, but I immediately deleted the XOOPS ones.
I installed and tried out a ton of modules and deleted some.
Somewhere along the way possibly something messed with the banner tables and or files.

So now I want to add a banner and it goes through the add a banner and success screen but it doesn't add it! It never goes into the database.

I also noticed that htmlcode and htmlurl aren't in my xoops_banner table and there is an error:
Notice [PHP]: Undefined variable: htmlcode in file modules/system/admin/banners/banners.php line 168

when I'm in the banner admin menu.

I'm fine with just reinstalling the mySQL and everything, but how!

I figured it out.

Some how the mySQL table got messed up (I think because I installed XOOPS twice within the same mySQL, though with different prefix_)

anyways, I had to drop the xoops_banner table and find the mysql.structure.sql file and copy and paste the banner section into phpmyadmin.

now it works fine.
