for example an boot for dcc++ to send to all user in that channel an mesaje to an link of your site ....

There are no quick solutions for promoting a website.

You must work hard to make a site worth coming back too and add content regularly, pay attention to your keywords and let the search engines crawl your site. All this takes time and dedication.

Now you can submit your site to the search engines to let them know about it. They will come a little faster that way. But the main thing is to focus on content that not only interest you but also others.
