Warning: "failed to open stream: No such file or directory in file"

When I try to open (or copy) a local file, I get the next warning:

Warning [PHP]: file(C:\\phpdev\\www\\public\\TV De Witte Raven\\Ledenlijsten\\Ledenlijst.csv): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in file modules/leden_dwr/admin/index.php line 136

Can anyone help me?

i'm not sure what the module is :S

but it looks like either some permissions are wrong on the server..

but what sticks straight out at me in the error message you gave is this:

Warning [PHP]: file(C:\\phpdev\\www\\public\\TV De Witte Raven\\Ledenlijsten\\Ledenlijst.csv)

the double slashes, maybe a lack or a bug in the strpslashes function.. i'm not a coder so i couldn't tell u exactly what's what..
