Stats Module problem

Hello there!
I`ve had stats v0,3 installed,then i`ve had to delete it.
Now i`ve uploaded stats module v1.0 to my server, but...
in modules control panel it still says v0,3 (and yes, i`ve done refresh) and when i try to install module it says:
Quote:
Table 'xoops_stats_refer_blacklist' already exists Unable to install statistics.

Can you guide me please how to remove above given string or give me location of it?
