have just installed newbb2 final on my test server (fresh install no previous newbb installed), everything went smoothly.

problem is after creating a category.. i am unable to create a forum.. clicking the forums link on the newbb2 admin page gives a blank screen.. no debug info sorry (not got round to that yet)

but out of curiosity, i just downloaded the newbb2 finalpreview and copied those files over the top and then updated the newbb module in admin, and i can now create forums..

seems to be quite a difference in filesize of both the finalpreview zip & the final.zip.. could there be something a miss?

using XOOPS 2.0.7.3, php 4.3.9, MySQL 4.1.7 & apache 2.0.52 on winxp sp2
