How 2 change an items order in the main menu?

go to system admin -> modules and use the module 'weight': 0 hides the module from the main menu, 1 is on top, 9999 is bottom etc.

How can I change the weight of the center block? For example I want to come out on the index page the marquee first followed by news how can I do it?
