Help with download module

I've been working on my first XOOPS site and came across a problem. After you click to download a file, there's a blank web page that opens behind the "save" or "open" box. This blank page is unsightly and also has the direct URL to my file on it.
Here's what i'm talking about... http://www.slopeanime.com/main/modules/wfdownloads/viewcat.php?cid=1

I was wondering how to make that blank page dissapear without users ever seeing it.
here's an example what i mean... http://www.wf-projects.com/modules/wfdownloads/viewcat.php?cid=7

any help is most appreciated
