We Can Add Topic And SubTopic And SubSubTopic And So On

The Problem Is When I Add Topic And SubTopic And SubSubTopic.
In Main Article Or Item .

It Appear Only The Topic And Article Title.
For Example ..

When I Add This Topic

Topic ( Test )
And SubTopic In This Topic Is ( Test1 )
And SubSubTopic In This SubTopic Is ( Test2 )
Then I Add The news In This SubSubTopic Name ( News1 )
So He Appear Like Test2:News1

I Want It Appear Like ..

Test:Test1:Test2:News1
Like This Any One Help Me To Do This To Become Like Download And Link Modules.
